WOHNGROUP, a proprietor-managed company with 30 years of expertise in the realisation of condominiums and rental apartments, reported significant sales success by the end of August. With the sale of over 170 condominiums, a large part of the sales target of approximately 75 percent set for the entire year 2026 has already been achieved. This development signals a positive market response to the company's projects.
It is projected that WOHNGROUP will sell between 200 and 230 residential units in 2026. This would represent the most successful sales year in the company's history. The previous record high was achieved in 2024 with 160 units sold. Currently, all construction projects are on schedule, which underlines the company's reliability regarding timelines.
Key projects make significant contributions
The “heise.flats” projects in Erding and the “Wohncampus Halle (Saale)” are making a significant contribution to this sales success. In the “heise.flats” district, 90 of the total 116 condominiums have been sold so far, with only seven units currently available. At the “Wohncampus Halle (Saale)”, 43 apartments have already been marketed since sales began in November 2025. These figures demonstrate consistently high demand in the respective project regions.
Parallel to sales, construction projects are progressing as planned. In July, the groundbreaking ceremony for the first construction phase of the “heise.flats” residential quarter took place. The completion of the first building is scheduled for the end of May 2028, with the other buildings expected to follow by the end of September 2028. At the “Wohncampus Halle (Saale)”, construction began as planned in the second quarter of 2026, with a forecast completion date for the end of 2028.
Strategic direction and market analysis
Tobias Schallert, Managing Director of WOHNGROUP, emphasises the importance of timely progress in both sales and on construction sites. He highlights that buyers, investors and project partners have high expectations for reliability, which the company claims to meet. The sustained demand for modern, energy-efficient condominiums in economically strong regions is seen as an indicator for future market development. WOHNGROUP believes it is well-positioned for the coming years thanks to its current project pipeline.
