TaXperts Berlin Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, which specialises in comprehensive advice for a diversified clientele from industry, trade, and services, is expanding. As part of this corporate expansion, which also includes the acquisition of another tax firm, TaXperts needed to find a new, larger location in Berlin-Tegel.
Aengevelt Immobilien brokered a lease agreement for approximately 460 square metres of office space. The tax consultancy's new premises are located in the "Büropark und Technologiezentrum Am Borsigturm" complex, a property with a total area of approximately 26,000 square metres. The lessor of this space is alstria.
The lease for the new premises is set to commence in early 2027. TaXperts will relocate within the already familiar district at that time. This decision underscores the attractiveness and proven infrastructure of the Berlin-Tegel location.
Significance of the Location and User Loyalty
Adina Schmidt, Senior Consultant at Aengevelt Berlin, commented on the deal. She emphasised that the office district in question is characterised by strong user loyalty. For TaXperts Berlin, a crucial condition for the lease was to be able to remain in the immediate vicinity of their previous location. This speaks to the quality and acceptance of the location among resident companies.
The office complex managed by alstria offers modern and flexible office spaces tailored to the requirements of today's companies. Another relevant factor for the lease is the good transport links, both via individual transport and public transport. This combination of framework conditions makes the location ideal for consulting service providers like TaXperts. Through the brokerage by Aengevelt Immobilien, TaXperts was able to efficiently meet its expansion needs while continuing to benefit from an established and well-connected location.
