ASCAVO AG has strategically expanded its service offering for the real estate industry through the acquisition of Munich-based ARELIO GmbH. This acquisition aims to deepen consulting expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital transformation and to strengthen the business consulting segment. Through this step, ASCAVO positions itself more broadly in strategic consulting, enabling it to provide comprehensive support to clients in developing their IT and process landscapes.
The acquisition responds to the high dynamics of change and increasing demands within the real estate sector. The goal is to integrate strategic issues even more closely with technological and process-related requirements in the future. This allows for a coordinated consideration of various aspects when modernising IT landscapes. ASCAVO specialises in consulting, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for the real estate industry.
ARELIO brings complementary specialisations: in addition to the further development and modernisation of IT landscapes, the focus is on cross-vendor selection of suitable software solutions and the design of associated processes. Furthermore, ARELIO complements the portfolio with consulting services in the context of Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation. This addition, in the view of those involved, creates valuable synergies and additional perspectives within the joint service offering.
The ARELIO brand and the company, under the management of Dominik Brunner FRICS, will remain in existence after the acquisition. Kay von Witzler, CEO of ASCAVO AG, commented on the expansion of consulting services. He emphasised that the demands on the real estate industry are continuously evolving, and so too are clients' questions. With ARELIO, they are now able to more comprehensively connect technological and organisational topics.
Jens Starkjohann, also CEO of ASCAVO AG, added that when it comes to digital transformation, considering individual technologies in isolation is insufficient. What matters is how these technologies fit with a company's processes, structures, and goals. He expressed his pleasure about the collaboration with ARELIO and Dominik Brunner. ASCAVO and ARELIO had already maintained a long-standing collaboration on various projects, which demonstrated the complementarity of the professional specialisations of both companies in the real estate industry.
Dominik Brunner FRICS, Managing Director of ARELIO GmbH, confirmed his long-standing familiarity with ASCAVO and the team. He highlighted that the fit was excellent both professionally and personally, and that the consulting approaches complemented each other very well. He looks forward to further developing this connection and tackling new projects together.
