Dubai-based estate agency Strada has announced plans to launch business operations in the United Kingdom. Led by British nationals, the brokerage firm is preparing to expand its operational agency business beyond the United Arab Emirates and into the British market.
Focus on established urban centres
The planned expansion focuses on selected metropolitan areas and regional economic hubs across the country. The brokerage firm has targeted five English cities, covering key markets in the north of the country alongside the capital on the Thames.

The intended presence will thus be distributed across several geographical focal points. Founders' backgrounds and market roots
Strada was founded in 2022 by Gary Allen and Chae Simons. Both founders are British citizens and worked at other real estate companies in Dubai prior to establishing their own business. The experience gathered within the Gulf brokerage market formed the foundation for the launch of their own agency.
With the move to the UK, the company is bridging its existing base in the Persian Gulf and the home country of its founders. For the brokerage firm established in 2022, introducing UK operations represents a substantial geographical expansion of its operational footprint.
The announcement marks Allen and Simons' ambition to expand their UAE-established business across borders. Combining practical experience from the Dubai market with a physical presence in key British cities forms the core of this new corporate phase.
