RUHR REAL GmbH recorded significant letting success in the new build project at Ruhrorter Straße 112 in Mülheim an der Ruhr. Approximately 3,860 sqm of warehouse and office space has been let to a total of five different companies. The property, owned by Schafstall Immobilien GmbH, comprises a total area of around 7,720 sqm.
The newly established companies, including C.M.C. GmbH, Dopp Dienstleistung, H&D Service GmbH, Immope GmbH, and Yovana GmbH, have concluded leases for areas ranging in size from approximately 390 sqm to 1,150 sqm. The first units were occupied as planned upon completion of the new build in the first half of 2026.
The modern commercial property stands out due to its high-quality standard of finish. A crucial factor for successful letting is its excellent transport links. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Kaiserberg motorway interchange, making it optimally connected to the national transport network. This enables efficient logistics and accessibility, which is important for commercial users.

Currently, the last remaining spaces of approximately 1,150 sqm and 390 sqm are available. Concrete lease negotiations are already underway for these units.
