DSK Deutsche Stadt- und Grundstücksentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH has expanded its activities in Southern Germany. This is being done through the establishment of its own subsidiary in Baden-Württemberg. The new company, operating under the name DSK Stadtentwicklung Baden-Württemberg GmbH, is based in Stuttgart and will support cities and municipalities in the state in various urban development fields in the future.

The founding of DSK Stadtentwicklung Baden-Württemberg GmbH marks the consistent continuation of DSK's announced expansion of its presence in the region, which was first mentioned in the summer. The core competencies of the new company initially include urban redevelopment, urban development funding, and planning tasks. Project management and building land development are also among the services offered.

The team in Stuttgart consists of experienced professionals. Martin Riedißer is the Managing Director of DSK Stadtentwicklung Baden-Württemberg GmbH. The team also includes Wolfgang Fürst as Senior Expert, Sandra Grau as Urban Planner and Project Administrator, and Till Widmann as Project Manager. These specialists bring many years of experience in urban development and in collaboration with municipalities in Baden-Württemberg.

Regional Anchoring and Service Spectrum

Martin Riedißer emphasised that DSK Baden-Württemberg would create a permanent point of contact for municipalities in the state. He explained that the team is familiar with the municipal structures and challenges in Baden-Württemberg and intends to specifically apply its own experience where it is concretely needed. DSK Baden-Württemberg provides comprehensive support to municipalities, from preliminary studies and planning services to funding management, implementation, and settlement of measures.

In the medium term, the plan is to offer DSK's entire service spectrum in Baden-Württemberg. From its Stuttgart location, the company will also focus on Bavarian municipalities. Eckhard Horwedel, Managing Partner of DSK, explained that DSK Baden-Württemberg establishes its own, permanently structured presence in the state, thereby consistently continuing the announced growth course in Southern Germany and strengthening its presence in an important market.

The new location of DSK Stadtentwicklung Baden-Württemberg GmbH is centrally located at Königstraße 10C in Stuttgart.
