The property was on the market for less than a month at its newly listed price. Cuthbert acquired the three-bedroom residence in 2005 for $1.6 million, at the peak of her career. Around 2018, she withdrew from Hollywood to focus on raising children, and rented out the house in the years leading up to the sale.
The current transaction coincides with Cuthbert's return to the screen in Prime’s “Every Year After.” It marks the end of an ownership period spanning over two decades. The property, located in West Hollywood, California, measures 2,109 square feet and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
