The property, located in the immediate vicinity of Düsseldorf Airport, has been leased long-term to GOHAR GmbH. The property now occupied by GOHAR GmbH comprises a total area of approximately 1,220 square metres. Of this, around 1,020 square metres are warehouse facilities designed for logistics operations. In addition, approximately 200 square metres of office space are available, enabling administrative functions. The previous tenant of the space was the company Picnic.
