KSK-Immobilien, known as the real estate broker for Kreissparkasse Köln, is restructuring its management from 1 July 2026. Ralf Krupp will join the dual leadership team as the second managing director. He previously served for many years as Head of the HR Support Centre at Kreissparkasse Köln. This personnel decision reflects the company's strategic direction.

Ralf Krupp succeeds Kai Hansen, who will transfer to Kreissparkasse Köln on 30 June and take on new positions there. Mr Hansen will subsequently serve as Deputy Director for Central Corporate and Real Estate Clients and as Corporate Client Director for the Cologne Corporate Client Directorate. This internal reassignment ensures continuity in the collaboration between the two institutions.

Continuity through Leadership Tandem

The decision to once again establish a two-person management team underscores KSK-Immobilien's commitment to a proven leadership model. The re-establishment of a leadership tandem aims to continue combining expertise in real estate sales with a deep understanding of Kreissparkasse Köln as a regionally anchored financial institution. This structure aims to consolidate the strengths of both areas and solidify market position.

Stephan Moos, a member of the Board of Management of Kreissparkasse Köln and responsible for KSK-Immobilien among other things, commented on the restructuring. He emphasised that the close cooperation between Kreissparkasse Köln and KSK-Immobilien is intended to offer customers comprehensive support. According to him, this range of services extends from real estate valuation and financing to supplementary financial and insurance services. The highly interconnected service offering is to be maintained with the new management to optimally support customers at every stage of their real estate decision-making.

Strategic Anchoring and Service Offering

The personnel change at the helm of KSK-Immobilien should be seen in the context of further strengthening regional anchoring and an integrated service approach. Through the expertise of both managing directors, Marco Persicke and Ralf Krupp, efficient leadership and further development of the company are to be ensured. The goal remains to offer customers a competent and coherent service portfolio that covers the entire spectrum of the real estate sector and is tailored to the specific needs in the catchment area of Kreissparkasse Köln.
