Colliers has reappointed the position of Head of Office Letting for its Frankfurt location. Leo Mendig assumes this role, in which he will be significantly responsible for the strategic development and expansion of the office letting business. The appointment was made internally, signalling a continuation of the previous corporate strategy and the promotion of established personnel.
Mr Mendig has been with Colliers for several years and possesses extensive expertise in advising tenants and owners, as well as in conceptualising complex letting strategies. His long-standing presence in the Frankfurt real estate market has provided him with an established network and made him one of the prominent experts in this segment. He succeeds Zijad Gibic, who is leaving the company.
