The marketing of the FOUR Frankfurt high-rise quarter continues to be successful. Morningstar, an internationally operating company for research, ratings and financial data, has chosen T1 of the complex as the new location for its Frankfurt branch office. The relocation is scheduled for 2028. Approximately 2,700 square metres of office space on floors 8 and 9 have been leased for this purpose.
With this move, Morningstar will for the first time bring together all its German-based business divisions at a single central location. In the future, teams from Morningstar Direct Platform's data, research and analysis sectors, credit ratings from Morningstar DBRS, ESG data and ratings from Morningstar Sustainalytics, and indices and benchmarks from Morningstar Indexes will collaborate under one roof. The designed office spaces are tailored for interdisciplinary cooperation and future growth.
Attractiveness of the Location and Development of the Quarter
Nikolaus Bieber, Managing Partner of Groß & Partner, highlighted that with Morningstar, another internationally leading company from the finance and information industry has been secured for the quarter. He explained that this decision underscores Frankfurt's attractiveness as a European financial hub and confirms the quality of the location. The environment at FOUR Frankfurt offers international companies from the financial sector, consulting, technology and other future-oriented industries ideal conditions for growth, innovation and collaboration.
The quarter thus consolidates its position as one of Germany's most significant business locations. A number of national and international companies from the financial services, legal, consulting and technology sectors have already chosen this location. The combination of high-quality architecture, sustainable building standards, an urban mix of uses and excellent transport links makes FOUR Frankfurt one of the most sought-after business addresses in Europe.
Confirmation of the Usage Concept
Karolina Thoben, responsible for leasing at Groß & Partner, stated that Morningstar's decision confirms the high demand for modern, flexible office space in an urban environment. She was particularly pleased that Morningstar will consolidate all its German business divisions at one location in the future. This demonstrates that FOUR Frankfurt's usage concept particularly meets the requirements of international companies for modern working environments and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Morningstar was advised by CBRE on the leasing of the premises.
