Real estate service provider MVGM is further expanding its commercial cooperation with Core Property. From 2027, the company will take over property management for 17 additional properties in Berlin. The newly mandated portfolio comprises around 350 residential and commercial units spread across a total lettable area of approximately 12,000 square metres.
With this step, both partners continue their collaboration initiated in April of this year. Until now, the joint contract primarily covered the Hanover location, where MVGM already manages around 920 residential and commercial units for Core Property. With the addition of the Berlin properties, the total volume managed by MVGM for the client increases noticeably.
Expansion of management remit to over 80,000 square metres
With the figures from the Berlin properties, the future scope of management totals around 70 properties with more than 80,000 square metres of lettable area. On-site duties in the capital will be handled by MVGM's Berlin team. Alongside commercial and technical management, the scope of services includes operational letting management for the individual units.

Strengthening market presence in the capital
For MVGM, the award represents not only a deepening of the partnership with Core Property, but also a targeted consolidation of its own market presence in Berlin. The company is thus expanding its activities into another core market in Germany as planned.
Uwe Wanitschek, Managing Director of MVGM Germany, stated that the reliable cooperation with Core Property had already proven itself in daily operations in Hanover. The mandate for the Berlin portfolio was seen as confirmation of the quality of work delivered to date. With the expanded mandate, the company bears the responsibility for securing the long-term value of the portfolio and ensuring continuous support for owners and tenants alike.
