"What will happen next Spring?" The truth is, nobody knows for certain. We can only speak to the current market, which has been robust for some but challenging for others.

    The best time to buy or sell property is when it makes sense for your individual circumstances. Sellers often have the luxury of waiting until the market improves, while Buyers are driven by life events and can't afford to wait.
