Casa Cipriani to Launch Florida Outpost, Expanding Global Footprint

New oceanfront tower at 3611 Collins Ave to house project with condos starting at $25 million.

C
asa Cipriani is expanding its luxury brand to Miami, with a new 17-story oceanfront tower at 3611 Collins Ave. The project will feature 23 condos, a 40-room boutique hotel, and a private members' club.

Developed by 13th Floor Investments, Midtown Equities, and the Cipriani family, the building is designed to pay homage to Miami Beach's Art Deco history with a touch of Cipriani's signature style. The condos will range from one to four bedrooms and are expected to start at $25 million.

The project marks Casa Cipriani's first foray into luxury real estate in Miami, but the family has other brands already established in the city, including restaurants and hotels. Maggio Cipriani, president of Cipriani USA, describes Casa Cipriani as a place that offers "comfort, privacy, service, and elegance," with amenities such as private dining experiences, in-home catering, and access to a pool, spa, lounge, and gym.

Construction is set to start shortly after sales begin later this year. The project's design by architect Brandon Haw will blend Cipriani's classic style with Miami Beach's Art Deco heritage.
