T
he Clemson University Real Estate Summit, presented by Choate Construction, returns to Greenville on March 27, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Building on its successful launch in 2024, which drew nearly 300 attendees, the summit aims to bring together industry and academic leaders in commercial real estate to network and discuss trends.
This year's theme is "Growing Challenges and Emerging Opportunities in the 2025 Real Estate Environment." The event will be held at the Huguenot Loft at the Peace Center in downtown Greenville and feature a keynote speaker, expert panel, and networking reception.
Laura Ullrich, Senior Regional Economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, will deliver an economic forecast as the summit's keynote speaker. With extensive experience delivering forecasts to various organizations, including the North Carolina Bankers Association and Travelers Aid International, Ullrich is well-equipped to address the uncertain economy and evolving real estate challenges.
Following her presentation, Ullrich will join a panel of commercial real estate experts moderated by Chuck McShane of CoStar. Other panelists include Reed Kracke of Asana Partners, Derek Mathis of SunCap Property Group, and Davis Meyers of Choate Construction.
Registration for the summit is $50, and attendees can learn more and register on the Clemson University Real Estate Summit's official website. For additional information, contact Amy Matthews Herrick at [email protected].
