he stars of HGTV's "Married to Real Estate" announced that the show has been canceled after four seasons. Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson, a real estate broker and designer, and building contractor respectively, shared the news on Instagram. They expressed gratitude for their time on the show, thanking their crew and fans for their support. Their businesses continue to thrive despite the cancellation.
The couple recently returned from a family trip when they received the news. "Married to Real Estate" premiered in 2022 and averaged around 19 million viewers per season. HGTV has not yet commented on the cancellation. The show's final season aired from March to May.
In their Instagram comments, Jackson and Sherrod expressed optimism about the future, crediting God for guiding them towards new opportunities. They won season 3 of "Rock the Block" in 2022, a competitive design and renovation show. Sherrod has also hosted other HGTV shows, including "Flipping Virgins" and "Property Virgins."
