s President of Worthe Real Estate Group Inc., Worthe oversees a Santa Monica-based development firm with over 125 employees, specializing in commercial and creative office properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Notable projects include Second Century, an 800,000-square-foot Frank Gehry-designed office space leased to Warner Bros., as well as The Post in Beverly Hills, home to Live Nation, and the Mission Logistics Project, a 1 million-square-foot industrial development in Lincoln Heights.

    Worthe is also involved in various community initiatives. He serves on the founding board of the UCLA Ziman Center for Real Estate and is part of the LA Sports & Entertainment Commission's Core Leadership Group. Additionally, he has been a member of the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles board for 20 years.
