essica Simpson and her estranged husband Eric Johnson have relisted their Hidden Hills, California mansion for $17.9 million, just two days after announcing their separation. The 13,274-square-foot estate features seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, and offers city lights and mountain views.

    The property was first listed on September 19, 2023, when Simpson relocated to Nashville, but it was withdrawn from the market in August 2024. Simpson had previously stated that she moved to Nashville to connect with like-minded people, but returned to the West Coast for the new school year.

    Simpson recently told People magazine that she and Johnson have been living separately as they work through their painful separation, prioritizing their three children's needs. A source claims the couple struggled with trust issues that drove a wedge between them.

    The real estate listing highlights the mansion's grandeur, featuring a state-of-the-art chef's kitchen, formal dining room, music studio, and home gym. Listing photos reveal unique touches, such as leopard-print wallpaper and framed portraits of music legends.

    Simpson and Johnson purchased the home in March 2013, a year before their wedding. It remains unclear whether they relisted the property to resolve financial matters ahead of finalizing their divorce.
