he Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island has launched a podcast called "Square Feet" to explore the people, trends, and challenges shaping commercial real estate on Long Island. Hosted by CIBS-LI President Ralph Benzakein and David Pennetta, chief strategic officer for CIBS-LI, the monthly podcast will feature conversations with industry professionals.

    Produced at Kulka Studios in Hauppauge, "Square Feet" aims to engage CIBS members and share insights with a broader audience. The podcast is designed to appeal to elected officials, brokers, developers, and influencers interested in Long Island's built environment. Episodes will cover regional issues such as infrastructure, housing, policy changes, and sustainability, as well as personal stories of professionals in the field.

    The goal of "Square Feet" is to have meaningful conversations that are both informative and thought-provoking. The first episode is now available on YouTube at @CIBSLI.Podcast.
