he Davis Companies has secured a long-term lease with Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) for medical office space at One Cabot Road in Medford, MA. The 15-year agreement will see CHA occupy 56,000 square feet on the building's second floor, consolidating services from its Assembly Square location in Somerville. The new office is expected to open in June 2025 and support CHA's expanding patient network.
Located near Kendall Square, One Cabot Road offers easy access to public transportation and major highways. The property features a range of amenities, including restaurants, hotels, and retail centers, as well as high-quality infrastructure designed for laboratory, R&D, and medical office use.
"We are excited to move primary care and specialty services to this centrally located space," said Renée Kessler, Chief Operating Officer of Cambridge Health Alliance. "One Cabot Road will provide an inviting environment for our patients."
Through significant investment, Davis has transformed One Cabot Road into a modern facility with amenities such as a full-service café, fitness center, and covered parking. The building also offers complimentary shuttle service to nearby transportation hubs.
