ondo sales in Miami-Dade County rebounded last week, with 111 units sold totaling $78.4 million from October 13 to 20. This marks an improvement over the previous week's 83 sales worth $77.8 million. The average sale price per unit was $706,659, down from $937,542 in the prior week. Prices per square foot also declined to $479 from $561.
The top 10 condo sales ranged from $1.6 million to $8.3 million. A standout deal was Unit 5101 at Biscayne Beach tower, which sold for $8.25 million after 183 days on the market. The sale price worked out to $1,047 per square foot.

* Most expensive: Biscayne Beach, unit 5101 in Miami ($8.25 million, $1,047 psf)
* Least expensive: The Pinnacle, unit 1203 in Sunny Isles Beach ($1.6 million, $870 psf)
* Highest price per square foot: Jade Signature, unit 1405 in Sunny Isles Beach ($4.55 million, $1,505 psf)
* Lowest price per square foot: Atlantic I at the Point, unit 1105 in Aventura ($2.35 million, $564 psf)
