otek, a family-owned kosher-style Mediterranean restaurant, is set to open on Restaurant Row in Boca Raton early next year. The 7,200-square-foot space was leased from Pebb Enterprises, which completed the 22,500-square-foot development last year. Other tenants at the site include Stage Kitchen & Bar and El Camino.

    Presidente Supermarkets will debut an outpost in Miami Gardens in July of next year, leasing 26,800 square feet at 5580 Northwest 167th Street. The grocery store was represented by Bravo & Partners, while Levy Realty Advisors handled the landlord's side.

    Sunness Supper Club has opened its doors in Fort Lauderdale, occupying a 6,000-square-foot space at 2465 East Sunrise Boulevard that seats 130 guests. Owner Michael Stanley previously operated MK Takeaways and founded organic baby food company Yummy in my Tummy.

    The Apple Store has expanded at the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale, doubling its size to 12,000 square feet. The mall is owned by Keystone Florida Property Holding, a title holding company for the Pennsylvania Public School Employees Retirement System.

    Hürrem Hammam Wellness & Spa will open next month in North Miami Beach, leasing 20,000 square feet at 14652 Biscayne Boulevard. The spa and Turkish hammam is owned by Triarch Capital Group and security firm Kent Services.

    Playa Wynwood has launched in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood, occupying 15,000 square feet of indoor space and 18,000 square feet of outdoor space at 2129 Northwest First Court.
