ewmark Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: NMRK) has appointed Peter Trollope as Global Head of Occupier Solutions. The seasoned real‑estate executive will lead the firm’s integrated Occupier Solutions practice, which offers strategy consulting, workplace design, tenant representation, transaction and program management, lease administration and facilities services to corporate clients worldwide.
CEO Barry Gosin said the goal is to become the premier end‑to‑end service provider for corporate occupiers. “We see substantial growth potential in Occupier Services under Peter’s leadership,” he added. “Corporate real‑estate leaders now focus on efficiency, culture, risk and cost. Our advantage will be speed, transparency and outcomes driven by modern technology, disciplined execution and relentless client value.”
Trollope brings global experience across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, having advised Fortune 500 companies on workplace reinvention, M&A integration and portfolio optimization. Before joining Newmark, he was Global Head of Project Management Advisory at CBRE Group, managing a $1 billion annual business with more than 5,000 professionals.
COO Lou Alvarado highlighted Trollope’s operational discipline and client‑centric track record. “He will scale our Occupier Solutions business and deepen value for corporate clients worldwide,” Alvarado said. “Peter elevates people, process and performance and will help us reach over $2 billion in Management Services, Servicing Fees and Other revenue by 2029.”
Trollope’s appointment aligns with Newmark’s strategy to invest in top talent and deliver high‑impact advisory by integrating real‑estate expertise, people and technology. He will collaborate closely with Elizabeth Hart, President of Leasing for North America, to strengthen the partnership between Leasing and Management Services, drive strategic planning, client outcomes and consistent service at scale.
