    Home prices and sales are declining in Palm Springs, according to the latest Desert Housing Report. The median price of detached homes has dropped by 8.7% year-over-year, with an average home price of around $1.13 million. Inventory levels have increased, but remain below pre-pandemic figures.

    Modernism Week is celebrating its 20th anniversary with a unique online auction featuring over 100 items and experiences, including VIP tickets to sold-out events and rare modernist finds. The auction will benefit scholarships for Palm Springs students in architecture and design, as well as grants for the preservation of modernist architecture in California.

    The 32nd Annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade will take place on December 7, led by celebrity grand marshals Matt Sorum and Dave Karger.
