erani Realty, a New Hampshire real‑estate firm, is supporting local charities with a $12,000 “12 Days of Giving” campaign. Twelve of its 20 offices each donate $1,000 to a chosen nonprofit, announcing one recipient per day through December 12. The company has already contributed to Operation Delta Dog and the Front Door Agency.
In addition, Verani is hosting a holiday toy drive. Unwrapped toys can be dropped off at its Manchester studios starting Friday at 5 a.m. Scan the QR code on the screen to view the wish list—LEGO sets, headphones, art kits, remote‑control cars—and donate online for kids over ten.
