    The promoted team members have made significant contributions to various projects. Jonathan Quinn, a LEED Accredited Professional with over two decades of experience, has played key roles in project delivery and firm operations. His recent work includes Chelsea Point and Freight Farms.

    Anna Arnot, who joined RODE in 2018, brings expertise in early-stage design guidance and passive design strategies. Her notable projects include Fieldhouse+, Vesper Hotel, and Kendall Square Dining Hall.

    Zack Kutchin has led several projects from concept to completion, including 282 Bremen, Lebanon Woolen Mills, and work with New England Development. He is recognized for delivering elegant solutions that balance innovation, performance, and sustainability.
