ODE Architects has promoted three key team members, underscoring its commitment to developing internal talent and reinforcing leadership. Jonathan Quinn has been elevated to Senior Associate, while Anna Arnot and Zack Kutchin have been named Associates.

These promotions reflect the firm's ongoing efforts to support professional growth and nurture future leaders. Each appointee brings unique strengths and a shared dedication to design excellence, innovation, and client engagement.

"Jonathan, Anna, and Zack embody our collaborative approach and commitment to client satisfaction," said Kevin Deabler, principal and co-founder of RODE Architects. "Their leadership has been instrumental in the firm's success, and these promotions recognize their achievements while investing in our future."

The promoted team members have made significant contributions to various projects. Jonathan Quinn, a LEED Accredited Professional with over two decades of experience, has played key roles in project delivery and firm operations. His recent work includes Chelsea Point and Freight Farms.

Anna Arnot, who joined RODE in 2018, brings expertise in early-stage design guidance and passive design strategies. Her notable projects include Fieldhouse+, Vesper Hotel, and Kendall Square Dining Hall.

Zack Kutchin has led several projects from concept to completion, including 282 Bremen, Lebanon Woolen Mills, and work with New England Development. He is recognized for delivering elegant solutions that balance innovation, performance, and sustainability.

RODE Architects prioritizes mentorship and internal advancement, as seen in these promotions. The firm looks to expand its impact across the greater Boston region and beyond. "We're proud to recognize these team members for their impact on RODE," said Eric Robinson, principal and co-founder.
