The buyer is Alex Kassai, a partner at Latham & Watkins in Los Angeles. The 3,800-square-foot home features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and custom stone work. Built in 2013, the gabled house sits on a 0.2-acre corner lot with a rock wall and mature oak and redwood trees.
The interior boasts Brazilian distressed floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom built-ins. The layout includes a living room with fireplace, a chef's kitchen, formal dining room, family room, and wine room.
