RS Real Estate Partners has recently expanded its operations to Jacksonville, Florida, led by Stephanie McCullough, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in landlord and tenant representation. McCullough, who serves as the senior vice president and managing principal, will oversee tenant and owner services in Jacksonville. She was previously a partner and executive vice president at The Shopping Center Group, where she led its North Florida office since 2008.
Joining McCullough in this new venture is Annie Lee O’Steen, a retail associate with over five years of experience in commercial real estate. O’Steen previously worked at The Shopping Center Group as an associate, and she began her real estate career at CBRE. She holds a degree from the University of Alabama.
SRS President Garrett Colburn expressed excitement about this expansion, stating that it marks another significant milestone in their strategic growth efforts. The addition of McCullough and O’Steen to their team further strengthens their ability to provide comprehensive retail real estate solutions across Florida and key markets nationwide.
SRS has a strong presence in Orlando, having been active in the market for the past two decades. The company sees Jacksonville as the next logical step for growth due to its thriving retail sector. This expansion increases their footprint in Florida and complements their dynamic teams in Orlando, Tampa, and South Florida.
Company spokesperson Tracy Cobb confirmed that SRS will have office space in Jacksonville, although the exact address has not been determined yet.
SRS Real Estate Partners offers a range of services including property acquisition, leasing and sales; development/build to suit; brokerage; and capital markets. Founded in 1986, the company has grown to have 29 offices across the United States, including Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, and Tampa in Florida.
