est Bend, WI - In a heartwarming display of dedication and community spirit, Advanced Focus Eyecare in West Bend has merged with West Bend Optical. Dr. Michael Bardenwerper, owner of Advanced Focus Eyecare, is honoring the legacy of his mentor, Dr. Jerry Olson, by bringing West Bend Optical under his care.

    Bardenwerper trained under Olson early in his career and credits him as a guiding influence. After Olson's passing on September 22, Bardenwerper felt a sense of responsibility to continue serving the community and clients he had come to know through his mentorship.

    A letter was sent to West Bend Optical clients informing them of the merger and assuring them that Dr. Paul Kappell and optometric assistant Michelle will join Bardenwerper's team at Advanced Focus Eyecare, located just up from Regner Park. The new location will be open for appointments starting November 1st.

    Bardenwerper expressed his gratitude to Olson's wife, Sandy, for entrusting him with the continuation of her husband's legacy and promised that patients would remain in good hands under his care.
