RED Property, as part of its letting mandate for troveinvest, has successfully concluded the lease of a total of 4,892 square metres of space in the business park at Halskestraße 30-46 / Harkortstraße 3-13 in Ratingen. CS-International GmbH, a company specialising in “Organised Play” programmes, community building, and go-to-market strategies in the board game and pop culture formats sector, will use these premises as its new company headquarters. Anteon provided advice and brokered the transaction for CS-International.
The Ratingen Business Park is owned by the Lagerhome joint venture, managed by troveinvest and the London-based investment firm GREYKITE. Since 2025, this location has been part of the Lagerhome platform's German portfolio. Its location within the Düsseldorf metropolitan region is considered strategically advantageous.
Details of the Lease and Location Advantages
CS-International GmbH is taking on a total of 3,906 square metres of warehouse space and 986 square metres of office space. Benedikt Gericke, Managing Director of RED Property, stated that with CS-International GmbH, an innovative and fast-growing user has been secured for the location. This successful letting underscores the attractiveness of the business park and the consistently high demand for modern multi-tenant spaces in the Düsseldorf metropolitan region.
Dennis Basic, Senior Consultant at Anteon, explained that CS-International was looking for a location that combined warehouse and office space in one place. Another priority was proximity to the previous company headquarters to ensure a smooth relocation for employees. These requirements were met at the Ratingen Business Park.
Infrastructure and Future Planning
The Ratingen location offers a combination of modern office and functional hall spaces, including ramps and ground-level access points. The transport links are considered advantageous due to its proximity to the A3, A44, and A52 motorways, as well as Düsseldorf Airport.
As part of the Lagerhome strategy, troveinvest also plans further investments and continuous development of the business park. The aim of these measures is to strengthen the quality of the location in the long term and meet the requirements of modern users. Planned measures include:
- —Investments in energy-efficient LED lighting.
- —Expansion of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles.
