Deutsche Reihenhaus AG has started sales for its latest residential project, the 'Portitzer Winkel' quarter, in Leipzig. This endeavour is located in the north of the city on a plot of approximately 5,200 square metres. The plan is to construct 16 terraced houses of the '145 m² Familienglück' type using a serial construction method.

Leipzig has been establishing itself as one of Germany's dynamically growing metropolises for some time now. This development leads to an increased demand for adequate housing, especially among young families who intend to remain in the city long-term. The 'Portitzer Winkel' project addresses this specific target group with a housing offer tailored to family needs.

Carsten Rutz, CEO of Deutsche Reihenhaus AG, commented on the project's orientation. He emphasised that 'Portitzer Winkel' offers families the opportunity to realise their wish for a home with a garden. The geographical location on the outskirts of the city is described as family-friendly, as it offers a balanced combination of infrastructure, connectivity, and a natural living environment. The floor plans of the houses are tailored to the requirements of families.

The energy and heat supply for the residential units is regulated via a central technical station within the quarter. Efficiency and environmental friendliness are to be ensured through the use of photovoltaic systems and heat pumps. Construction for the project is slated to begin in early 2027.

The 'Portitzer Winkel' residential quarter represents Deutsche Reihenhaus AG's third construction project in Leipzig. Previously, a total of 46 houses had already been completed in the city. Pricing for the new terraced houses starts at 359,990 EUR. This price includes the respective plot of land. The properties are sold directly and commission-free by Deutsche Reihenhaus AG, allowing for a direct transaction for purchasers.
