Approximately 5,200 m² of space has been leased, primarily designated for research and development purposes. These are complemented by outdoor areas and appropriately equipped office areas. The lease agreement was brokered, and both tenant and landlord advised, by STOCK REAL ESTATE GmbH.
The owner of the quarter is the family-owned company Dr. Schnell, which has developed the formerly industrial site into a mixed-use quarter in recent years. The transformation of the area, which had been used for soap production since the 19th century, marks the transition to a modern working and innovation campus. This ensemble of "Alte Siederei" and "Neue Siederei" represents the successful repositioning of a historically rich site.
