Sutton Stracke, known from the TV series "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and as a boutique owner, intends to sell her Bel Air residence for $8.995 million after almost six years of ownership. Stracke acquired the Georgian-style estate in 2020 for $5.35 million, shortly after joining the successful Bravo series.
The house, which once belonged to the late Jerry Buss, the legendary owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, spans 4,723 square feet and sits on a rare double plot, protected behind gates and tall hedges. It offers an exclusive and private living atmosphere in one of California's most desirable locations.
The formal living room impresses with a vaulted beamed ceiling, crisp white walls, and tall arched windows that flood the room with natural light.
