Hammer AG has concluded a long-term lease agreement for more than 850 square metres of office and technical space in the Connex office and commercial complex. The tenant is CUBOS, a leading operator of commercial charging infrastructure in Germany. The space at Frankfurter Ring 81 and Taunusstraße 38a was brokered by Stock Real Estate.
CUBOS supports companies of various sizes nationwide, as well as public clients, in optimising their energy supply with regard to efficiency, sustainability and independence from the public electricity grid. Founded in Wolfsburg in 2018, the company develops and produces energy solutions with a focus on intelligent charging infrastructure, battery storage systems and photovoltaics. Following the acquisition of charging point portfolios, including those from SWARCO and TotalEnergies, and the integration of the electromobility brand ChargeOne from the heinemann Group, CUBOS is expanding its presence in southern Germany with the new location in Munich.
Attractive location in northern Munich
The Connex complex in northern Munich offers modern space for offices, research, development and storage. The location is characterised by good accessibility for private and public transport. The property allows for flexible and efficient usage concepts and offers high visibility.

The letting confirms the attractiveness of the location for technology and service-oriented users and underlines the sustained demand for modern, flexibly usable spaces in well-connected areas.

Since its founding in Wolfsburg in 2018, CUBOS has developed into one of the largest operators of B2B charging infrastructure in Germany. The company aims to establish charging infrastructure as an integral part of building and energy management, in conjunction with photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems and proprietary energy management software. The goal is to reduce property operating costs, relieve pressure on electricity grids and future-proof buildings.
