DAHLER, a real estate agency specialising in the prime segment, is adjusting its organisational structure in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg. As part of this structural development, the firm is consolidating the management of its local branches under a central leadership structure to interlink activities across its established submarkets even more closely.
Joint responsibility for four core markets
Since 1 October 2026, joint leadership responsibility for the company-owned Hamburg branches has rested with Britta Gries and Anna Wilckens. In a collaborative dual leadership model, the two executives are heading a portfolio comprising several Hamburg locations.
The remit of the newly formed management team covers the following company-owned offices in the Hamburg urban area:
- —Elbvororte
- —Alstertal
- —Alster West
- —HafenCity
Career background of the new leadership team
Britta Gries has many years of experience in the upmarket residential property sector. She has worked in the real estate industry since 2017. She entered the sector at Engel & Völkers in Düsseldorf, where she worked as a sales consultant in the high-end market segment, building up extensive advisory and sales expertise.
Anna Wilckens also brings extensive real estate experience to the management team. The qualified real estate agent began her professional career directly in the Hamburg property market. In 2018, she moved to Engel & Völkers, where she initially worked as a sales consultant. In 2021, she took on the role of Operations Manager there, broadening her scope of work to include operational management responsibilities.
By bringing together the leadership expertise of these two specialists, estate agency DAHLER is relying on consolidated leadership for its Elbvororte, Alstertal, Alster West and HafenCity offices to continue business at the brand's key Hamburg hubs under unified management.
