More than a year after swapping his Atlanta Falcons jersey for the navy and orange colours of the Chicago Bears, two-time Pro Bowler Grady Jarrett is trying once more to sell his Georgian villa. The defensive tackle acquired the property in Sandy Springs in 2020 for $3.5 million. An initial listing was made in 2025 at a price of $6.25 million, a few months after his move to Chicago. Now, the 11,013 square foot villa is back on the market, with a reduced asking price of $5.85 million.
Property Features
Grady Jarrett's property spans more than 2.5 wooded acres and is accessed via a long, brick-paved driveway that gently slopes uphill, flanked by low shrubbery and tall evergreen trees. Beyond the gated entrance, the French-inspired villa emerges, its façade adorned with columns framing the fully glazed entrance door.

Inside, the double-height living areas are designed with natural stone and elaborate ironwork. This is first evident in the main living room, which features a floor-to-ceiling, backlit onyx fireplace. In the adjacent area, the kitchen boasts two large islands with Taj Mahal quartz countertops, high-end appliances, and a bar. The ground floor primary suite includes its own sitting area, a double-sided fireplace shared with the bedroom, a spa-style bathroom, and outdoor access.
The second floor houses a second primary suite, an au pair suite, and additional en-suite guest bedrooms. The recently renovated basement terrace area offers its own bar, a fully equipped kitchen, a climate-controlled wine cellar, a private home cinema, and a wellness room. The outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool with a spa, waterfalls, and fire pits, as well as an outdoor kitchen and a basketball court.
Reasons for the Sale
Grady Jarrett's decision to sell his villa is linked to his departure from the city where he spent the first decade of his NFL career. After years with the Falcons, his move to the Chicago Bears in 2025 ended his time in Atlanta, ultimately leaving little reason to retain such a large property in Georgia. More than a year after the property first came onto the market, Jarrett hopes that the renewed listing at a lower price will finally close this chapter. He and his wife have already established a new base outside Chicago, having acquired a $4.25 million villa in Vernon Hills via a land trust, thereby diminishing the importance of the Sandy Springs home.
