Beyond Capital Partners GmbH (BCP) has acquired a stake in Feldhoff & Cie. Holding GmbH. An interdisciplinary team from BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft acted as an advisor to Beyond Capital Partners Fund III. The tasks included financial and tax due diligence for the transaction, which brought together the expertise of both companies.

Feldhoff & Cie., headquartered in Frankfurt am Main with additional offices in Munich, Düsseldorf, and Berlin, is considered a leading communications consultancy group for the real estate industry in German-speaking countries. Since its founding in 2003 by Paul Jörg Feldhoff, the company has developed into a recognised player in the industry, currently employing around 90 staff.

Strategic Positioning and Future Growth

Feldhoff & Cie.'s specialisation extends to the business areas of Consulting, Communications, and Event & Congress Management. Christoph D. Kauter, founder and Managing Partner of Beyond Capital Partners, commented on the investment. He emphasised that this stake represents an investment in the leading communications consultant for the real estate sector in German-speaking countries. In view of increasing regulatory requirements, advancing digitalisation, and the sustainability transformation, the company is excellently positioned with its specialised consulting approach.

Beyond Capital Partners is an investment company that, through its advised funds, acquires majority stakes in profitable medium-sized companies in the DACH region. The focus is on so-called asset-light areas such as services, IT, software, healthcare, lifestyle, and entertainment. The collaboration with Feldhoff & Cie.'s management team is intended to drive the company's next growth phase. This includes organic expansion of consulting expertise, acquisition of new B2B clients, and targeted acquisitions to sustainably strengthen its leading position in the German-speaking market.

Expertise and Collaboration

BDO AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft supported the transaction with comprehensive due diligence. The teams for Financial and Tax Due Diligence worked together efficiently. BDO's analyses and practical recommendations are said to have created added value for Beyond Capital Partners' decisions. Mr. Kauter emphasised in this context BDO's long-standing and reliable advice on numerous transactions.
