Bülow AG records another tenancy agreement in its new build project, Stuttgarter Höfe. Klaric GmbH & Co. KG has leased modern office space totalling over 800 square metres there. The premises are scheduled to be occupied in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Klaric GmbH & Co. KG, based in Stuttgart, specialises in the development of measurement technology. The application area includes testing, trials and validation in vehicles, test benches and laboratories, with a focus on the automotive industry and electromobility.
Decision criteria and project attractiveness
Various factors were decisive for Klaric's choice. These include the Stuttgarter Höfe's convenient transport links, the attractive surroundings, the sustainable building concept and the high space efficiency. These aspects contribute to creating optimal working conditions and ensuring long-term economic viability. Kilian Klaric, Managing Director of Klaric GmbH & Co. KG, described the process as exceptionally smooth, from the initial viewing to the signing of the lease agreement. He emphasised that the location was designed not only for Klaric's current requirements, but also proactively takes into account the needs of the coming years.
With this letting, over 50 percent of the space in Building A of the Stuttgarter Höfe is already occupied. This underscores the attractiveness of the NeckarPark location for businesses. The area developed by Bülow AG is conceived as a mixed-use district and offers a variety of potential uses in the residential, office, gastronomy and other service sectors.
