Barretta joins Anything Real Estate with an impressive background in real estate operations, franchise management, and PropTech innovation. His notable achievements include managing a $100 million renewal budget for Coldwell Banker franchises nationwide and orchestrating one of Brooklyn's largest real estate transactions - the $138 million sale of Vanderveer Estates.

Prior to joining Anything Real Estate, Barretta served as COO of a Coldwell Banker brokerage, where he expanded operations from 130 agents and 6 offices to over 200 agents and 8 offices. He also held significant roles at Realogy (now Anywhere Real Estate), leading the growth of the Coldwell Banker brand across 14 states.
