obbs Brook Real Estate announced that Commonwealth Financial Network has signed a 151,765-square-foot lease at 275 Wyman Street, a five-story, Class A office building in Waltham, MA. The property is LEED Gold-Certified and part of Hobbs Brook's 2.2-million-square-foot Waltham Campus.

    Commonwealth will occupy the space for its office operations starting Q1 2026.     The new headquarters marks a significant milestone for Commonwealth, which has been based in Waltham for over 30 years.     The 275 Wyman Street building offers a range of amenities, including a five-level garage, full-service cafeteria, state-of-the-art fitness center, and outdoor collaboration space. CBRE represented the landlord in the transaction, while Newmark represented the tenant.
