Upon entering the house, a two-storey foyer with a sweeping staircase, a stacked stone accent wall, and wrought-iron double doors greets visitors with an imposing reception. A few steps down, the house opens into an expansive entertainment room centred around a billiard table. A tall wall is adorned with framed vintage wrestling posters. Beneath the stairs, a curved stone bar with granite countertops, a built-in wine cooler, and a sink provides an ideal spot for entertaining, making the entire front living area a convivial gathering space.
Beyond the entertainment area, the house opens to the main living room, where a floor-to-ceiling stacked stone feature wall boasts an integrated gas fireplace, a built-in media centre, and a wall-mounted television. Opposite the wall, a large, curved sofa forms an inviting meeting point, while large windows and a glass door let in natural light and provide access to the garden. Situated between the living room and the kitchen, the dining area serves as a natural focal point for the main living spaces. A round wooden table sits beneath an iron light fixture, while a bay window fills the room with natural light and offers views of the pool in the garden. The kitchen completes the house's open communal areas with warm wooden cabinetry, combined with granite countertops and dark fittings. A large central island offers additional workspace as well as bar seating for informal meals, while stainless steel appliances, a gas hob, and double wall ovens complete the house's well-appointed culinary workspace.
Upper Floor and Suites
At the top of the sweeping staircase, the house opens to a loft office overlooking the foyer. Framed posters from “The Expendables” line the wall, highlighting the action film series for which Couture is known outside of his legendary MMA career. The rest of the room is arranged around a full-sized desk next to a large glass display cabinet filled with memorabilia from Couture's career, including championship belts, trophies, awards, signed gloves, and other collectibles. At one end of the second floor, the purple-painted master suite offers ample space with its own fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and two separate walk-in wardrobes. The bedroom begins the suite with a bed placed next to one of the suite's walk-in wardrobes, offering bespoke shelving and hanging options. Opposite the bed is a built-in media wall combining cupboards, drawers, and shelves around the television, while a double-sided fireplace is positioned further back and connected to the bathroom.
Behind the fireplace, the en-suite bathroom continues the suite's generous layout, with a light wood double vanity beneath a full-width wall mirror. Opposite the vanity, a bathtub sits beneath tall windows, positioned between the double-sided fireplace and the shower. To the right of the tub, the large walk-in shower is equipped with floor-to-ceiling stone tiles and two shower heads, creating a separate bathing area while maintaining the room's open design. A second walk-in wardrobe is located behind the bathroom, providing further dedicated dressing and storage space. Built-in shelving, hanging rails, and multiple storage compartments maximise organisation and are well-suited for larger wardrobes.
The house also includes three additional bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom, offering comfortable accommodation for family members and overnight guests on both levels of the house. The first upstairs bedroom features warm light brown walls, plush carpet, and a dark wooden bed frame that contrasts with the lighter finishes. A large window with dark blinds and red sheer curtains allows natural light, while the attached bathroom offers additional privacy and comfort. The second upstairs bedroom has a lighter colour palette with light blue walls and matching yellow accents in the furniture. A large window keeps the room well-lit, while the dark wooden furniture provides a contrast to the softer finishes. The third bedroom, located on the main level, features lavender-coloured walls.
