These versatile personalities, including Chloe Tucker Caine, Jordan Silver and Marsi Gardiner, combine the disciplines of the property business with talents honed on stage. She emphasised the parallels between theatre production and the property business: both require analysing figures, marketing strategies, and building strong relationships. Marsi Gardiner said that in both industries, relationships are the most important thing, and it is about making open and honest decisions for producers and clients.
Jordan Silver, who also works as a producer for the musical 'The Lost Boys', views the most successful estate agents as artists. He believes that agents must be able to listen, think outside the box, and show a willingness to take risks and ambition to succeed – qualities that are also crucial in the world of theatre. This unique combination of artistic talent and business acumen enables the 'Broadway Brokers' to successfully navigate a highly competitive environment and leave lasting impressions.
