WILMA Immobilien GmbH has reached another milestone in the realisation of the “ENSEMBLE HÖFE” residential project in Salach, a town near Göppingen. A total of 46 freehold flats are being built on an area of 3,526 square metres. On 25 September 2026, numerous participants gathered for the topping-out ceremony for the first two of the four multi-family houses and the simultaneous sales launch for the second construction phase. Attendees included Dennis Eberle, Mayor of the municipality of Salach, and Michael Nagel, Managing Director (CEO) of WILMA Immobilien GmbH, alongside other construction participants, purchasers, and guests.
The construction project comprises 2- to 4-room flats, with living areas ranging from approximately 44 square metres to 125 square metres. The design stipulates that all floors of the buildings will be accessible without barriers via a lift. For future residents, a total of 68 underground parking spaces are planned across both construction phases. WILMA Immobilien is pursuing an energy-efficient and resource-saving approach in the development, which meets the New Build Standard Plus.
Demand and Progress
Michael Nagel of WILMA Immobilien commented on the topping-out ceremony, stating that this moment represents the materialisation of ideas and designs into tangible living space. He emphasised that the positive response confirms the compelling quality, location, and concept, which is why sales for the second construction phase commenced concurrently with the topping-out ceremony. Completion of the first construction phase is scheduled for spring 2027. The second construction phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2027.
Mayor Dennis Eberle highlighted the persistently high demand for housing in Salach. He explained that an increasing number of people and families expressed a desire to live in the municipality. The “ENSEMBLE HÖFE” project significantly contributes to meeting this demand both in Salach and throughout the Göppingen district. He positively welcomed the continuation of sales for new residential units.
In the first construction phase, over 60 percent of the total 23 residential units have already been sold to buyers. With the now initiated sales for the second construction phase, an additional 23 flats will be brought to the market to meet the consistent demand in the region and expand the supply of high-quality housing.
