ditale GmbH, a company of the Zech Group, has acquired the ongoing projects and the entire team of SCHNEIDER Engineering GmbH via an asset deal, effective 1 March 2026. This transaction serves to secure and further develop planning expertise and existing customer relationships in the field of Building Services (TGA) within the group.
SCHNEIDER Engineering GmbH, founded in 2019, had established itself since its inception as a specialist planning service provider for Building Services. The company, which operated nationwide, maintained its main offices in Fulda as well as other locations in Achim, Würzburg, and Munich. The integration of these competencies into the Zech Group strengthens its position as a comprehensive partner for construction and real estate projects.
Goals of the transformation and future direction
The newly incorporated company will operate in future under the brand E3 Ingenieure – Energie Effizienz Engineering. The focus will be on the planning and supervision of complex Building Services projects across all service phases. A central objective is the realisation of sustainable, energy-efficient, and technically complex solutions, especially for large-scale projects.
Christian Schneider, Managing Director of E3 Ingenieure, stated that the familiar contacts, technical expertise, and high quality of services for clients and project partners will be retained. He also spoke of new opportunities arising from the integration into the Zech Group. These would enable the implementation of larger and more complex projects with expanded resources and interdisciplinary competencies. For the team and the company, this step represents a consistent further development and creates a solid foundation for future growth. The experienced team will continue to form the basis of their success.
Olaf Demuth, Executive Board member of the Zech Group, emphasised that the demands on modern buildings are constantly increasing, particularly in the areas of energy efficiency, sustainability, and technical complexity. The integration of SCHNEIDER Engineering enables a targeted expansion of Building Services competencies and strengthens performance in a crucial future field of construction. He welcomed the experienced team to jointly advance innovative and sustainable solutions.
By pooling expertise and resources, the Zech Group continues its strategic path of comprehensively supporting clients along the entire value chain related to real estate. This integration creates the basis for further developing technical planning expertise and sustainably meeting the growing demands of modern construction projects.
