CBRE Investment Management (CBRE IM) has agreed a long-term lease with logistics service provider Dachser for additional logistics space in Neu-Isenburg. Under this agreement, Dachser is leasing approximately 5,500 square metres of additional space at the “An der Gehespitz” logistics property. This increases the total area used by Dachser at this property to almost 26,500 square metres.
The new lease agreement is set for a term of over seven years. The logistics property in Neu-Isenburg is managed by CBRE Investment Management on behalf of institutional investors. The total lettable area of the property is 80,500 square metres, spread across three buildings.
Strategic Importance of the Location
The location of the “An der Gehespitz” property in Neu-Isenburg is considered an established logistics hub in the Rhine-Main region. This is due to its immediate proximity to Frankfurt Airport and direct access to the federal motorways A3 and A5. These infrastructural conditions contribute to the property's attractiveness for logistics companies.
Annabelle Dierks, Head of Asset Management Logistics Germany at CBRE IM, commented on the transaction. She emphasised the persistently high demand for modern logistics space in strategically well-connected locations. This development confirms the robust fundamental data of the logistics market. Dierks also highlighted that Dachser's expansion of space is an indicator of the creation of long-term partnerships through active asset management and a deep understanding of user requirements.
