Warm, breezy conditions greeted attendees on the large deck outside Rachael Rogala Inc.

R
achael Rogala's new boutique real estate brokerage, located at 110 Main Street in Ludlow, is a warm and inviting space that stands out from the traditional office setup. Even with the sounds of traffic and road construction nearby, Rogala remains unfazed as she greets visitors to her non-traditional office, accompanied by her loyal dog Lily.

As a serial entrepreneur, Rogala has built a robust business model that showcases her dynamic energy and enterprising approach. With a passion for aesthetics and an insatiable need for understanding all aspects of projects, Rogala has sold houses in the Okemo Valley for seven years and maintains a satellite office in Rutland. She's also part of the sales team at John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate in Naples, Florida.

Rogala's decision to start her own boutique brokerage was driven by her desire for independence and the ability to express her unique perspective and style. "Boutique means personal," she said. "It means elevated. It means I get to do it my way on my time." With a deep knowledge of the area, Rogala feels that her personal connection to Ludlow is key to being a good agent for her clients.

Rogala's background in design and marketing has served her well in her real estate career. She earned her bachelor's degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and worked at Vogue before moving back to Vermont to pursue a career in real estate. Her experience in styling homes, including her father's property in Mount Holly, helped her get her real estate license and launch her successful career.
